Emma is the founder of Seaton Evelyn, and a specialist in all aspects of property search and acquisition. Emma takes a proactive role at Seaton Evelyn, leading client advisory, transaction management and market intelligence. Drawing on more than 20 years experience spanning estate agency and buying consultancy, her industry knowledge and professional network are unparalleled. This enables her to introduce unique opportunities and ensure a competitive advantage for clients.
Emma is passionate about residential property and also thrives building trusted client relationships. She has an exceptional ability to understand a complex brief and the small details that often matter the most. Having lived in Somerset, Surrey and Hampshire herself, she has an expert perspective of the Southern Counties areas that she covers at Seaton Evelyn and having made the move with her family from Southwest London to Hampshire has vital insights into considerations including timing, schools, and city commuting. Prior to setting up the business she spent eight years at a leading buying consultancy and 14 years at Savills, where she was behind over 700 successful transactions.
Claire Lewis
Claire oversees operations at Seaton Evelyn, supporting Emma in delivering a seamless client experience. She is responsible for the smooth running of the business and drawing on her extensive career in commercial property surveying, Claire plays a crucial role in the research process. Prior to joining Seaton Evelyn, Claire worked with Barclays, UBS and CBRE across markets including South America, Europe and Asia.
Her experience overseas makes her an invaluable support to anyone relocating and since returning to her Hampshire roots has developed excellent first-hand knowledge of the Prep and Senior schools, as well as renovating Grade II listed homes.
